It’s Sunday! Time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the beautiful things in life such as a picture of an adorable dog holding a rose in his mouth and a good poem. I happen to have both of these for you today.

The poem is actually not mine. It is from Colin Chappell’s new book of poetry called “Just Thinking.” It’s called “Just a Rose” and in the video below you will hear Colin reading it. I love his accent!
This poem looks at how complicated we make things when they really don’t need to be. So sit back for a few minutes while you listen to “Just a Rose.” I hope you enjoy it.
