Sunday Pause (Paws): A Lucky Cat In A Basket

It’s Sunday! Time to kick back, relax, and enjoy the little things (like looking at a cute cat in a basket).

I had some fun playing around with this photo I took and creating different versions of it.

I took this photo at my veterinarian clinic.

Version 2

This cat’s owner brought him there to be euthanized.

But the staff didn’t have the heart to do it.

So instead they gave this cat a home for the rest of its life.

This sure is one lucky cat.

This is one of the things I love about my veterinarian and I thank them for saving one of God’s precious creatures!

This is not the only cat that was fortunate enough to come across such caring people. There are actually a number of cats that call this hospital their home.

I hope you enjoyed the different versions of this lucky cat in a basket photo. Which one do you like best?

Happy Sunday! Take a little time to enjoy the little things, like cute cat photos and great veterinarians (which actually is a BIG thing).

(This has been another episode of “Happy Cats” for “Happy Cat Month.”)

My heart sank when you wrote he was brought there to be put down. I wondered how you had the heart to play with his photo. Then I read the happy ending. 🙂 🙂 🙂 I like the original, especially after the story, then the fourth one down.

I would never have been able to play with the photo if there wasn’t a happy ending for him. Thanks for letting me know which one you like the best. I usually like original pictures more than the altered ones with the exception of black & white. I really like black & white photos.
