🙂 I hope people will be engaged and give it a try. I started my blog a few years ago as a class assignment, but am just now really writing on a regular basis. So, I don’t have a ton of “visibility” yet. That’s why I am trying to hold off a bit on the Vegetarian Challenge. I am excited to give it a try soon though. Maybe you know some people who will be interested.

Hi there have you tried http://www.nutritionfacts.org
This is Dr. Michael Greger’s Website.
Try his book: “How not to Die”
as well as the “How not to Die” cookbook
Also log on to “Forks over Knives”
And Youtube – Dr. John McDougall
They have healed people from diabetes, cancer, lupus with ONLY Plant Based vegan.
Actually meat and animal protein is a very poor protein for diabetics and is also guilty of causing diabetes.
I have made the transition from meat eating, to vegetarianism to ultimately a full plant based vegan lifestyle and have cured cancer with God’s perfect remedy: “Plants/fruits/nuts/seeds”
Genesis 1: 19
