A TALE ABOUT A DOG NAMED HACHIKO
Eizaburo Ueno, professor in agriculture science at Tokyo University, had long wanted a pure bred Japanese Akita dog. He had looked for the perfect Akita puppy for a long time, until one of this students encouraged him to adopt Hachiko, from the Odate city in Akita prefecture.
Hachiko, or Hachi which became his nickname, and his new owner soon became best friends, and Eizaburo loved his dog above all and treated him as his son. The two of them were inseparable.
As Hachiko grew older, he started to see his owner off to work in the morning at the Shibuya Train Station, in central Tokyo, and went to pick him up at the station in the afternoon when he returned from work.
On May 21, 1925, only two years after Hachiko was born, Hachiko was as usually sitting by the exit at Shibuya train station waiting for his dear Eizaburo. But his owner never showed up…..

Yes Yes, I watched this movie Hatchi. I cried a lot when I saw the faithful dog sitting outside the station waiting for his Master, who did not come back. It was too tearful.

I watched this movie and I cried my eyes out. Excellent film!! Animals have such deep emotions but most people just don’t understand or care. I have a houseful of beautiful cats and what they have shown me about them most people would not believe. I have been following you but I have not seen you in my reader. My following is huge so it is so not easy to keep track of everyone who comes to my blog. I’m so glad I came here today!!! 🙂 ❤

Thanks for checking out my latest post. It is fun to find out who has already seen the movie. Animals are awesome! I wonder why I don’t show up in your reader?

Maybe it’s the times I view it? I don’t know. What time do you usually post and what time zone do you live in? I usually am looking at my reader in the mornings EST. By afternoon I get busy so normally am not in WP until evening. It takes a lot of man hours to assist cats with special needs. I just LOVE them so much!!! ❤

If it’s during the week, I am posting in the evening. On the weekend, all different times. I am in Central Time Zone. So, maybe it just gets pushed down the Reader list. Yes, I am sure your cats are worth it. 🙂

That is why I don’t see you. I’m on the reader mostly in the mornings and hardly ever on the weekends. I’m going to have to try to start getting to the reader more often at different times. Thanks for the heads up. My life if you don’t know is so full, taking care of all these wonderful babies that I do, plus my photography, I garden, I hike, and I have a personal life as well. Lately hubby and I have been doing major work on our home, so add that! LOL I try to squeeze as much as I can while I still have breath in me. Now you know a little about me. 🙂 ❤

Is there a name I can call you? I also changed my mind and will be posting one picture from today in tomorrow’s post. It will be the second one. I just cannot wait to show everyone! Yes I do Love animals and they know it. Most of my cats came here and found me. The horse next door “talks” to me all the time, something she doesn’t do with everyone and smart? Oh my goodness!! Superior intelligence! I also take care of barn cats from that same barn because the owners neglect them. I’ve stepped in and oh yes they are very Loved and know it. I’ve been bombarded with animals. In fact, I prefer animals to most people. True. LOL ❤

Sure. My name is LeeAnn. Sad that the cats are being neglected. I hope the horse is well taken care of. It sounds like they at least have you. 🙂 I feel kind of bad admitting it, but I usually prefer animals to people too.
