Sunday Pause (Paws)

Thanksgiving is only a few days away. A time to reflect on what we are thankful for.

Here is a beautiful video of the sun shining over the water, the waves moving, and a beautiful song about what we can be thankful for and where it all comes from. I encourage you to view the pictures below as you listen to the video about these beautiful things.

It’s Sunday! Kick back, relax, and enjoy!

Sunday Pause (Paws)

Does anyone remember this cartoon? One of my favorites!

Fred, Wilma, Barney, Betty, Pebbles, Bamm Bamm, and let’s not forget, Dino!

Three things I remember about Dino their dinodog; he was purple, a very large pet, and he always knocked over Fred when he came home! 🙂

It’s Sunday, a day to relax! So whether you remember the show or don’t even know what the show is, kick back, press play, and enjoy the song “Let The Sunshine In” sang by Pebbles and Bamm Bamm. (I never realized it had such a great message.)

Three things about my cat, Cino, are; she doesn’t like to be picked up, she likes to sleep completely under blankets on the bed, on the couch, and on the floor, & she hides under the table when it’s time to brush her teeth.

Here she is hiding under the table while I am trying to coax her out with poultry flavored toothpaste.

Animals in Heaven

Visit this link for some bible verses about animals in heaven: Bible Online

Romans 8:19-“For the creation waits in eager expectation for the children of God to be revealed.” “Creation” is every living thing.

So for those mourning the loss of a beloved pet, they are in good hands!

Say NO to Animal Experimentation

taking the ice bucket challenge for ALS because the organization
experiments on animals. There has been some support and there has been some criticism. Here is something she said; “Trying to cure human diseases by relying on outdated and ineffective animal experiments isn’t only cruel—it’s a grave disservice to people who desperately need cures.” This is true! Check out the following links that will take you to an organization called “Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine” where this topic is discussed: Animal Testing Alternatives, Research.

It’s not about putting animals before humans, Continue reading
