It’s Sunday! Time to kick back, relax, and wish all the moms out there a wonderful day!

I chose this picture of my mom because it really does truly portray her. She can be so silly and that is what we love about her!

My mom is a courageous, strong, beautiful, independent woman. She has been through so much…divorce, cancer, and even the death of her own child (just to name a few). Yet she has always been an example of how in tough times you press on.

My mom is a generous woman. One of her greatest pleasures in life is family! She loves to spend time with all of us and has worked tirelessly over the years to make incredible family traditions & memories. She just wants everyone to be happy.

My mom is a hard-worker. She has always and still does mow the lawn, shovel the walks, garden, and is the queen of “do it yourself” and should have an official handyman license.

My mom is one of my best friends. There are so many fond memories. We have cranked up the radio and jammed out to many songs, such as “Kokomo” by the Beach Boys, gone boutiquing, taken road trips, and shared a number of lattes and meals together.

And that sense of humor…well only she would pull a prank on my dad, of all people, and ask him to pick her up some adult diapers when he asked if there was anything he could do when she was getting out of the hospital.

Moms are the best! So I want to wish a Happy Mother’s Day weekend to all the moms out there including all the pet moms.
