Took a beautiful fall drive today. It started off sunny and beautiful! We drove on a lot of country roads. At one point, we drove by two horses out in a large fenced area who were on opposite sides of the fence. Then one started running toward the other one and stopped right in front of it. They were nose to nose. It was as if they were saying “hello friend.” It happened really fast, and we were driving on the highway, so I didn’t catch a picture of it. But the picture below pretty much catches the moment we saw. It was beautiful!
We were starting to think we were too late for seeing fall colors. Then we caught a few beautiful hillsides and a tree with a steeple in the background.
The weather turned cloudy, cold, and windy! But it was worth it. Fall is a short season, got to get out and enjoy it!
