Sunday Pause (Paws): Waiting

It’s  Sunday! Time to kick back, relax, and wait.

Wait for what? Well Cino is waiting under the tree for Santa Paws. 🙂

Version 3

I read something recently that went something like this: Don’t live for the weekend, but live each day at its best. Good advice for all of us whether waiting for the weekend, waiting for Christmas, or even waiting for something scary like results. We can enjoy each day and all it can bring if we allow it.

I am not a morning person, but in the last few weeks when I was up early getting ready for work I noticed a colorful light shining under the blinds. When I looked out it was the most beautiful sunrises. I was lucky enough to capture photos of them (through a window even).

So instead of “waiting” to get out of bed until the last minute, maybe I should get up early more often. Who knows what I’ll see.

Even though there are times to be patient and wait, we also need to keep things going and be present in every moment.

Happy Sunday!

Great inspirational post, LeeAnn! Thank you! Your photographs of the sun rising are jaw dropping. The colors are unbelievable! And I love how your kitty is sitting underneath the tree waiting. How cute! Lucky you you have the opportunity to put a tree up. I am not able to do that in our house for I have some who will knock down the tree. Again those images of that sunrise I just cannot get over. Thank you! 👏👏👏

Thank you so much! I can’t believe how great those pictures turned out either through a window and with a pretty cheap camera. It just goes to show how gorgeous the sunrises really have been lately. A sight to see! I also have been getting into taking pictures and having fun creating with them. Photography (editing & creating) and poetry are things I have really been working on lately. I have different things going on with these interests and plans I can’t wait to make reality. This is why I haven’t been posting as much.

Honey, allow your Heart to guide you because you are on a healing Journey. Yes I do agree with you writing, poetry, and photography all work together to help us heal. I don’t know what I would do without my camera and that’s the honest-to-God truth. As for my writing, sometimes the words just flow right out of my fingertips because these word that need to be expressed have nowhere else to go. You just keep on doing what you need to do and all will work out well. Believe. Have faith. All is good. 😙
